1. Who is the controller of your personal data

The data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) is "Select IT" Ltd. (Bulgarian: "Select IT" ООД), registered office and management address: 15 Balgaria St., Dobrich, 9300, Bulgaria.

2. What personal data we collect

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily provide it through the website — we do not require registration and we do not collect data "in secret." Specifically, this is:

Inquiry/quote request form

• Name
• Email address
• Subject and content of the inquiry

Service appointment request form

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address (optional)
• Selected service, preferred date and time
• Message/note (optional)

Automatically collected technical data

During ordinary browsing of the website, the server may automatically log the IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and approximate time spent — this is standard practice for any website and is used mainly for security (protection against spam and abuse) and statistics.

3. What purposes we use the data for

• Processing inquiries and requests — to get in touch with you, answer a question, or schedule a time for a site survey/service visit.
• Protection against spam and abuse — technical data (e.g. IP address) is used for automatic anti-spam checks on the forms (limiting the number of submissions, filters for suspicious traffic), so that the forms work correctly for genuine visitors.
• Improving the website — aggregated, anonymized traffic statistics, so we understand which pages are useful and what to improve.
• Advertising (Google AdSense) and analytics (Google Analytics) — if and when the website displays ads through Google AdSense or uses Google Analytics, these services may set their own cookies — see section 4 below.

The legal basis for the processing is your explicit consent (when filling in a form), our legitimate interest (website security, responding to inquiries) and, where applicable, the performance of a contract/pre-contractual relationship (when requesting a service).

4. Cookies and advertising

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device so that websites can "remember" certain information between visits.

First-party cookies

selectit.bg may use technically necessary cookies/local storage needed for the website's own functionality (e.g. remembering that you have already closed a particular window, or recording a result in a mini-game).

Third-party cookies

If the website participates in the Google AdSense advertising network and/or uses Google Analytics, Google may set its own cookies to measure traffic and display ads tailored to user interests. Google processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at policies.google.com/privacy. You can manage Google's personalized ads at adssettings.google.com.

Most browsers allow you to decline or delete cookies from their settings — please note that some of the website's features may not work fully without them.

5. How long we keep the data

Data from an inquiry/request form is kept for as long as necessary to process the inquiry and for subsequent communication with you, but no longer than 3 years from the last contact, unless the law requires a longer period (e.g. accounting legislation where a deal has been concluded). After the period expires, the data is deleted or anonymized.

6. Sharing data with third parties

We do not sell or rent out your personal data. We may share it only with:

• technical infrastructure providers (hosting, email provider) — only to the extent necessary for the website to function and for us to receive the inquiries sent through it;
• Google — when using Google AdSense/Analytics, in accordance with section 4;
• competent government authorities — only when the law expressly requires it.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to request from us:

• access to the personal data we process about you;
• correction of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• erasure of the data ("the right to be forgotten"), where applicable;
• restriction of processing or objection to it;
• portability of the data in a structured format;
• withdrawal of consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

If you believe your rights have been violated, you have the right to file a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), Sofia, 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., www.cpdp.bg.
