The selectit.bg website is administered and maintained by "Select IT" Ltd. (Bulgarian: "Select IT" ООД), registered office and management address: 15 Balgaria St., Dobrich, 9300, Bulgaria (hereinafter "Select IT", "we").
By opening and browsing the website, as well as by submitting an inquiry or request through it, the user declares that they are familiar with and accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website.
Select IT brings together two teams — Select Engineering (security and automation systems: video surveillance, access control, alarm systems, fire detection, smart home) and Select IT (computer systems and IT support). The website presents these services and allows visitors to send inquiries for a quote or requests for a site survey/service appointment.
The information on the website (service descriptions, sample prices, timeframes) is for informational purposes. The specific terms of each order — scope of work, price, timeframes — are agreed individually, usually after a site survey, and are finalized in a separate contract or quote outside the website.

The contact and request forms include automatic safeguards against spam (e.g. limiting the number of requests from the same address). In the event of established abuse, Select IT reserves the right to refuse processing of the relevant request.
Submitting an inquiry form or an appointment request through the website does not constitute a contract and does not automatically create an obligation to perform a service. It is an invitation for Select IT to contact you and, if both parties are interested, to offer an individual quote.
The date and time for a site survey/service visit indicated in the request are the client's preference and are subject to confirmation by one of our staff — an alternative time may need to be proposed in case of a busy schedule.
Select IT makes every effort to respond to every correctly submitted inquiry within a reasonable time, usually within the company's business days (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
The website's content — texts, logo, graphics, photos, and structure — is the property of Select IT Ltd. or is used with the necessary rights, and is protected by the Copyright and Related Rights Act. Copying, distributing, or using it for commercial purposes without the express written consent of Select IT is prohibited.
Select IT makes every effort to keep the website's information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that the website will function without interruptions or technical errors. Select IT is not liable for damages arising from temporary unavailability of the website, a technical issue when submitting a form, or decisions made solely on the basis of the website's general information, without individual consultation with our team.
The website may contain links to third parties (e.g. Facebook, Google Maps). Select IT is not responsible for the content and privacy policies of these external websites.
